Each cel was inked over an original animation drawing by a Disney inket, and was then hand-painted using 42 Disney-approved acrylic paints by a Disney painter. The background accompanying this cel has been lithogtaphically reproduced from original clean-up animation drawings on premium quality, acid-free paper. Conforming to the practice of fine art printing, the film used to create the background was destroyed when the edition was completed Pampered Lady and rascally Tramp reach a tender accord over spaghetti and meatballs, while Tony and Joe sing of the romantic enchantment of Bella Notte in this hand-inked, hand-painted limited edition cel.
