Hand signed by Alex Ross! Alex Ross is acclaimed as one of the leading illustrators in comic art today. His realistic, human depictions of classic comic book characters has cemented his position in the pantheon of comic book and contemporary pop culture illustrators.

Earth X, a comic book series published in 1999, was based on a concept by Alex Ross. It featured an alternate version of the Marvel Universe where all ordinary humans had gained superpowers, and superheroes were now commonplace.

This painting by Alex Ross, from a drawing by John Paul Leon, one of the variant covers for Earth X #0, published in March 1999, features iconic poses of Captain America, Thor, The Hulk, Spider-Man, Daredevil, Human Torch and Doctor Strange.

This artwork is also available as a giclee on paper with an edition of 100, the image measures 13 x 20 and retails for $400 unframed.

Each piece of the edition has been numbered and is signed by Alex Ross.
